We deliver your ordered goods worldwide. The shipping costs include packaging and are calculated according to weight and volume. We will try to suggest the cheapest option for you and are currently working with the Austrian Post AG. The shipping costs are calculated by our computer for each order and can be seen by you during the ordering process. As a quick orientation we can tell you that the delivery of a cocoon within Austria costs 4,00 €, to Europe 8,25 € and to the rest of the world 15,50 €. Please refer to the table below for the allocation of countries into zones according to the division of the Östereichische Post AG. The exact classification by weight is as follows:

From the time you pay for your cocoon to the time you hold it in your hands, an average of 3-5 days will pass in Austria, 7-9 days in other European countries and 10-14 days if you live outside Europe. Please also read the delivery conditions in the general terms and conditions. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
The voucher contains the type of the cocoon, its price category and a code that can be entered during the payment process and can only be used once. In the selected price category the voucher recipient can choose any available cocoon which will be sent in a beautiful gift box.
How to purchase a voucher in the shop: Choose you desired cocoon category, place the voucher in your shopping cart and use the available payment options. In order for us to calculate the shipping costs to the destination address, please fill in the voucher recipient´s contact details in the section “Ship to a different address?” at the checkout.
We will send the electronic voucher together with the invoice to you as buyer. You can print out this voucher for your chosen gift recipient or present it by email.

Terms of payment
You can pay for your purchase either with PayPal or on account. You will first receive a confirmation of your order. Then you will receive your invoice by e-mail within 72 hours after ordering at the latest, together with all necessary information for payment (for purchases on account). Please check your spam folder if the invoice does not seem to have arrived. After having received your payment we will ship your Cocoon immediately.

Right of withdrawal & Withdrawal form
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without having to state any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Bärbel Bellinghausen, ViolinCocoon Vienna, Viktorgasse 22718, A 1040 Vienna, Tel: 0043 699 11547415, E-Mail: infoviolincocoon.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will we charge you for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period is deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a considerable loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of revocation does not apply to consumers who are not members of the EU at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the EU at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging and with all packaging components. If necessary use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.
- Do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
- Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
